He's no stranger to courting controversy, but the incendiary Limbaugh may finally have roamed beyond the pale with his attacks on Georgetown University law student Sandra Fluke, whom he called a "slut" and "prostitute" after she spoke up for President Obama's contraception insurance mandate. Limbaugh's "dittoheads" defended his candor, but advertisers fled in droves. Still, when the issue crept into the Republican presidential campaign, none of the GOP campaigns seriously took him on.
