All In — Adidas
This ad, accompanied by rock-techno riffs from the French group Justice, shows David Beckham ready to run stairs (in his Adidas shoes), Leo Messi, the best soccer player in the world, soaking up adulation from a crazed stadium crowd and reigning NBA MVP Derek Rose getting his photo snapped by paparazzi. This makes sense: Adidas-sponsored jocks are standing by their brand. But wait, is that really Katy Perry practicing choreography in front of the mirror? Why, yes it is. The strength of this ad is the diversity of its stars. We see appearances from athletic icon Messi to a skateboarder to a high school football team to a college cheerleader to a candy-colored pop star.
