No Cutbacks in the Wizarding World

LONDON — Students protested cuts in university spending in the U.K. in November. And one young lady expressed a sentiment that millions of readers the world over have felt: Wouldn't life be better if one could just live inside a Harry Potter novel (the Malfoys notwithstanding)? Behind the woman is a sign that says, "Shut down the 1%," a nod to the Occupy Wall Street protests that dovetail with their message: the wrong people get all the money, while the right people go without.
