4. The Adiwal Brothers
Manjit Singh "Mike" Adiwal and his twin brother Parminder Singh "Peter" pleaded guilty to a drug-related kidnapping in 2005 in British Columbia. The 31-year-old brothers were among the subjects of a lengthy investigation by a gang task force that used wiretapping to collect evidence for a number of cold murder cases, according to the Vancouver Sun. In May, Mike was charged with extortion and released on bail, but Peter has kept a low profile since 2009, when he survived 26 bullet wounds to his face, torso and foot.
