SantaCon Santas
Every December, thousands of Santas gather in over 170 different cities for SantaCon, a "Santa Claus convention" that is really more like a bar crawl. Over the course of the day and night, SantaCon Santas go from merry to very merry to naked and passed out in the corner of a strip club. (Sometimes). SantaCon started in San Francisco in 1994, expanded to New York City in 1998, and is now everywhere from Idaho to Uganda. The 2010 New York SantaCon took place on Dec. 11 and ended up with one Santa doing shots off another Santa at a cabaret theater. Not that we were there or anything.
