Phil Davison
It's easy to generalize that people are angry with the political status quo. But few people feel as strongly as Phil Davison, a city council member in Stark County, Ohio, who was running to become county treasurer. With a strained voice and lines straight out of an action movie, Davison acts as if he's delivering a stump speech to a rally of thousands, not simply running for county treasurer. Despite his master's degree in communications, his speech — shockingly — didn't get him the nomination.
