Angie Jackson

"Cramps are getting a bit more persistent."

Many people have that one friend who tends to overshare online. But they don't hold a candle to Angie Jackson, who chronicled her abortion on Twitter, YouTube and her blog in February. Jackson said her first pregnancy was life-threatening and that her doctors advised her to not get pregnant a second time. So when her birth control failed, she consulted with doctors and decided to take RU-486 (known by some as the "abortion pill"). In an attempt to "demystify" abortion, she said, Jackson shared every last graphic detail of the process online. In the process, she angered many antiabortion advocates, who accused her of simply seeking attention. "I'm not trying to ignite a culture war," Jackson told ABC News. "I'm just offering one person's personal experience and true story."
