"The Jazz Singer"

Al Jolson's classic story "The Jazz Singer" is reimagined as a movie starring pop recording artist Neil Diamond. Diamond, a singer trying to become an actor, plays an Orthodox Jewish cantor trying to break out of traditional Judaism to become a singing star.
