Casper Weinberger

There are too few Cap Weinbergers these days. Cap graduated from Harvard Law School in the summer of 1941. He didn't enter the law but instead enlisted in the Army as an infantry private months before Pearl Harbor. He saw war coming and felt obliged to serve. For the rest of his long and distinguished life he served his nation in so many ways. He valued peace, but knew we had to be strong to achieve peace.

Powell is the former Secretary of State and was a military assistant to Defense Secretary Weinberger in the Reagan Administration
