In a first-person account in Vanity Fair, Levi Johnston, daughter Bristol's former fiancé, debunks Palin's image as a hardworking, Alaska-loving, happily married hockey mom. Among his many claims, Johnston says Sarah and Todd slept in separate rooms and never cooked, and that he never saw Sarah read a newspaper in her life. He also tells the magazine that Sarah wanted to adopt his son, Tripp, and sometimes referred to her own son Trig as "the retarded one." On Feb. 22, 2010, Johnston appears on the cover of Playgirl, but some fans are disappointed that none of the images show full-frontal nudity.
