Mournful fans of NFL teams that didn't make the Super Bowl grieve — retiring their foam fingers, washing off their body paint — as a Dixieland jazz band plays St. James Infirmary Blues and an announcer calls the end to the Super Bowl. "It's hard to say goodbye," goes the tagline. While that may be truer of the game than of the disappointing crop of ads, it's a nice sentiment to end on anyway.
