After a short-lived sitcom on HBO in 2006, acerbic comic Louis CK takes another crack at success as a non-cuddly dad in this FX sitcom. Loosely based on the comedian's life as a single dad in New York City, the show intersperses vignettes with bits from his standup act... which is loosely based on his life as a single dad in NYC. Having seen his stellar guest arc as a hangdog cop on NBC's Parks and Recreation and watched him as a reliably hilarious late-night guest, we're eager to see him get his moment as a headliner.
