The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner by Stephenie Meyer

If you blinked then you missed Bree Tanner in Eclipse, the third novel in Meyer's Twilight series: she was part of the army of new-made vampires created by the nasty Victoria to take out Bella and the Cullens. Now Meyer has written a novella from Bree's point of view. Given that Victoria's army was annihilated, it probably won't end happily.
