Mother Tasered in Front of Her Kids

In January 2009, Audra Harmon was pulled over for a routine traffic stop in Syracuse, N.Y. It quickly got out of hand. In the video, Harmon says she got out of the car because she wanted to see the police car's dashboard camera to verify the officer's claim that she was speeding and talking on her cell phone. When Harmon went to get back into her minivan, the officer tugged her out and brought her to the ground with two Taser shots — in full view of her two children, ages 5 and 15, who were sitting inside the vehicle.
