Once one of the most popular phone models, the Razr has a relatively high radiation rate, according to EWG.

Specific absorption rates measure how much radiation is absorbed by the body when the phone is sending a signal to the network. Many epidemiological studies have found no clear connection between phone use and cancer, including a 2007 Danish Cancer Society study of 421,000 cell-phone users, which led many in the media to conclude that mobiles are harmless.
