Robert Gibbs Gets Testy

At a December White House briefing, press secretary Robert Gibbs grew impatient with reporter April Ryan's inquiries into the state-dinner gate-crashing scandal. When Ryan, a correspondent for American Urban Radio Networks, refused to let go of her question about White House social secretary Desirée Rogers, Gibbs told her to "calm down." Then he added, "This happens with my son — he does the same thing." You could hear the room cringe.
