Charles Ludlam on Film

The great off-off-Broadway actor, impresario and clown, who died of AIDS in 1987, made a few movies too — now showing at Manhattan's Anthology Film Archives. A prime treasure: The Sorrows of Dolores, a silent-serial burlesque starring Ludlam avatar Everett Quinton.
