Neil Patrick Harris isn't going to let Tracy Morgan have all the fun. The star of CBS's How I Met Your Mother bowed to fan pressure and joined Twitter on Nov. 16, although he didn't quite understand that whole 140-character limit thing (or at least pretended not to — his subsequent tweet read: "Holy Pete, so many responses! Thanks, gang! I'm still trying to figure out which button does what..! And this 140 character limit is craz." With some 150,000 followers, @ActuallyNPH has stuck with Twitter, frequently tweeting behind the scenes pictures for his curious fans.
