Malian Cotton

According to a survey carried out by Oxfam this year, Mali's rainfall has dropped by 25% in the past 50 years. What was once a seven-month long rainy season in the West African country has now shrunk to three months. Without adequate rainfall, the cotton plants dry out before harvesting.
