Ali Abdulaziz Ali

Pakistani Ali Abdulaziz Ali (a.k.a. Ammar al-Baluchi) is the nephew of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. Ali allegedly used fellow terrorist Marwan al-Shehhi's credit card to order a flight-simulator program and flight-attendant materials and wired money to the Hamburg, Germany, operatives to pay for their flight training. He was captured in 2003 and transferred in September 2006 to Guantánamo Bay from an unknown "black site" location run by U.S. authorities.
