Reese's Puffs

This cereal ranks as the least healthy, based on nutrition scores formulated by Oxford University scientists using ratios of sugar, fiber, sodium and other content. Yet Reese's Puffs are still considered a "better-for-you" choice according to the Children's Food and Beverage Advertising Initiative, a coalition of 16 food companies that have pledged to advertise healthier foods to children. "The question is what is a better-for-you food," says Mary Engle, the Federal Trade Commission's associate director for advertising practices. "Each company has its own standards."
