If any world leader is ripe for parody, it's probably North Korea's Dear Leader Kim Jong Il. From reports of his birth atop a mountain amid mysterious "flashes of light and thunder" to his alleged 11 holes in one his first time playing golf to his portrayal as an evil puppet in 2004's Team America: World Police, it's no wonder that one of this year's popular Halloween costumes is in his likeness. Pick this one up and sing a rendition of his puppet alter ego's "I'm So Ronery" and you'll surely be the talk of the party. If not, you can always send the other guests to re-education camps.
