At Gornik & Drucker's, salon is a dirty word. This is no beauty parlor. It's a barbershop, plain and simple. Has been since 1936. It retains an air of old-school charm and venerability, with a décor of leather chairs and wood paneling. A scene from the original Ocean's Eleven, starring the Rat Pack, was shot inside. Ronald Reagan got his (dyed) locks trimmed here. So did gangsters, such as Mickey Cohen and Bugsy Siegel. And George Hamilton still comes here. Getting a no-frills haircut should leave you nostalgic for the good old days, but even though the shop is located in Beverly Hills, it won't leave you broke. Haircut: $45
