Up, Up and Away

Minnesota lawmakers are considering whether to sell the Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport to the highest bidder, in an attempt to help reverse the downward economic spiral that has led Minnesota into a record-breaking two-year deficit totaling some $5.5 billion. The airport, which ranks 10th in the U.S. in number of passengers served annually, is one of the state's most valuable assets.
