Being Awesome Occasionally Sucks

On Sept. 11, 2008, rapper Kanye West had his journey through Los Angeles International Airport impeded by a photographer. A scuffle ensued, and in footage captured by gossip website TMZ, West and his road manager, Don Crawley, appear to smash the shutterbug's equipment. West faces misdemeanor charges of battery, grand theft and vandalism stemming from the incident. His arraignment is scheduled for May 20. If convicted, West could receive more than two years in prison.
