Boris Yeltsin: Footloose
It was widely believed that former Russian President Boris Yeltsin was committed to a particular lifestyle that would have him feel light on his feet and free of troubles. That's probably a good explanation for this montage that depicts the late Russian leader as a happy-go-lucky dance machine. With his ever-present mischievous smile, Yeltsin probably boogied more than was necessary, but he amused at least one U.S. President and provided entertainment for all.
