Cher: I Got You Baby

Television's first exposed bellybutton belonged to Cher. But the first exposed pregnant belly — well, that would have to come later. When The Sonny and Cher Show returned to television in 1976 after the couple's divorce, the pop star-turned-variety-show-host was pregnant with the child of her new rockstar husband, Greg Allman. Network execs felt that a recent divorcée shouldn't wear revealing outfits. The skits were different, the chemistry was gone (divorce will do that), and the show was canceled after two seasons. Cher and Allman would last a little longer, although not by much.
