Google Guys (Sergey Brin, Eric Schmidt and Larry Page)
Pro: The company continues to thwart all search competitors, and the Google Phone is the Gadget of the Year. It supports neat applications like encyclopedias and guitar teaching tools.
Con: They're human: stock is down 58% in '08. The proposed search advertising partnership deal with Yahoo broke up under regulatory objections. As for the app that's supposed to stop drunken emails... let's just say I now have a lot of former friends. Make the math harder!
