David Cassidy

David Cassidy became a teen idol by playing one on TV. From 1970 to 1974, he wooed female viewers as Keith Partridge on The Partridge Family. The show debuted at the same time as the fictional family's hit song I Think I Love You, which Cassidy sang. A few more hits led to national tours, which led to screaming teenage fans, which led to more tours and more hits, until the fresh-faced boy next door became an international pop music phenomenon.
