Miliband took over leadership of Britain's opposition Labour party in fall 2010 and got off to a fairly mediocre start. But if anyone can be said to have emerged from the phone-hacking scandal looking better than he did before, it's probably him. The brother of former Foreign Secretary David Miliband, he's vigorously pursued the main actors in the phone hacking scandal, including the Murdoch family, Rebekah Brooks and his political rival, Prime Minister David Cameron.
