The soap-opera star has played nurse Bobbie Spencer on ABC's General Hospital since 1977, after having a short stint on one of the network's other soaps, One Life to Live. A high school graduate at the age of 15, Jacklyn Zeman, a New Jersey native, won a dance scholarship to New York University and danced and modeled professionally while she studied. Her TV career began just a few years after she worked as a Playboy bunny at the New York City Playboy Club while in her early 20s. But Zeman said in a 1979 interview, "I refused to be a centerfold."
