Michael Jackson's personal physician, who was with the pop star the day he died, remains very much in the public eye. Murray was charged with involuntary manslaughter on Feb. 8, 2010, accused of causing Jackson's death by administering the anesthetic propofol. The doctor who has said the drug, along with several others, was meant to combat Jackson's insomnia has pleaded not guilty and has yet to face trial. A conviction could bring him a maximum sentence of four years. In the meantime, he's out on $75,000 bail. A ruling in June 2010 allowed Murray to retain his California medical license. Criminal case aside, family patriarch Joe Jackson says he intends to file a wrongful-death lawsuit against him.
