In April 2009, Daniel Andreas San Diego became the first American to be added to the FBI's list of most sought-after terrorists. He is wanted for his alleged involvement in the bombing of two buildings in San Francisco the offices belonged to two clients of a company that has been accused of animal cruelty. What's most surprising about his addition is that he's the first domestic terrorist to be added, considering other infamous homegrown radicals such as "Unabomber" Theodore Kaczynski and Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh. While both men were notorious FBI cases Kaczynski eluded authorities for nearly two decades neither of them were ever on the list: McVeigh was arrested shortly after perpetrating his crime, and Kaczynski was not named until months before he was apprehended. He had been known by the FBI simply as UNABOM (UNiversity and Airline BOMber).
