"Viva Cuba libre" shouts Angel Febles in the Little Havana neighborhood of Miami. Febles immigrated to the U.S. from Cuba in 1960 and cheered the news that Fidel Castro had turned over power to his younger brother, Raul Castro, while he undergoes surgery.
