Along the Rio Grande, Scenes of a Tense Border

For his project, photographer Zed Nelson traveled the length of the Rio Grande River, photographing and interviewing along the way. In Tombstone, Arizona, he shot this volunteer "Minuteman" on patrol near the border, looking for immigrants crossing illegally into the USA.
