Security Council voted Friday night to back a U.N. fact-finding team that will visit the Jenin refugee camp. The Israelis and Palestinians remained locked in a bitter dispute about the nature of the battle in the refugee camp. Israel says dozens of Palestinians were killed, most of them militants. Palestinian officials have estimated the death toll in the hundreds
