After the Siege

A Palestinian family passes next to an Israeli tank guarding the entrance to Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's compound in the West Bank city of Ramallah. Israel ended its 23-day occupation of Ramallah and allowed residents to return to their homes. However, the Israeli military continued to besiege Arafat's headquarters
