Cumbria police released this image of Derrick Bird. It has been reported that Bird may have been involved in a dispute over a will as the police confirmed that solicitor Kevin Commons is among the dead. Other reports suggest he'd argued with fellow taxi drivers about fares. Ominously, a friend reported a brief conversation he had with Bird the night before the massacre, which ended with Bird warning: "You won't see me again."
