Conservative leader David Cameron — who, if he wins, will become the U.K.'s youngest modern-day PM — speaks in front of supporters opposite the Houses of Parliament in central London. Taking a page out of a certain U.S. politician's playbook, Cameron said, "Don't let anyone tell you that real change can't come from this election."
