W expels his heroin after having swallowed it during a police search. Photographer Moxon observed that the addicts and dealers would prepare themselves for possible searches by wrapping their contraband at least four times in plastic wrap. W has used a banana-flavored shake to bind his vomit so the wrapped "gear" doesn't get washed away.
