Oh! Canada!
Canada's Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir compete in the free dance ice dancing event on Monday evening. The duo won a gold medal for their performance. Ice dancing is a relatively new addition to the Winter Olympic line-up, joining the games in 1976. It's easy for the casual Olympics fan to remain skeptical of the sports' athleticism. But after Virtue and Moir's emotional and technically challenging free dance performance many ice dance haters may change their tune.
