For more than three decades the city of Dallas has been slowly assembling a downtown arts district with museums, theaters and an opera house, all by major architects. This month saw the debut of two of the last big elements of the project, the Dee and Charles Wyly Theater, at foreground right, and in the background left, the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House.
