Prime Minister of Canada Jean Chretien dons a Washington Capitols jersey at the 1998 G-8 retreat as payment for a lost wager to President Bill Clinton, who bet Chretien that the Capitols would beat the Ottawa Senators in the NHL playoffs that year.
