North Korea's leader Kim Jong Il, 67, casts a ballot in the country's assembly elections at Kim Il Sung Political University in Pyongyang. The March 8 elections mark the first time the country has voted since Kim reportedly had a stroke and disappeared from the public eye in August 2008.
