People gather outside the headquarters of Aung San Suu Kyi's political party in Rangoon. Supporters of the activist, who has been under house arrest for 15 of the last 20 years, were hoping for her release Saturday, and got their wish. A smiling Suu Kyi, wearing a traditional jacket, appeared at the gate of her compound as the crowd chanted, cheered and sang the national anthem.
