The young star's soccer prowess would not go unnoticed by France, earning himself a spot on its national team in 1997. A year later, Henry, left above, would represent his native country in the 1998 World Cup playing on a team comprised of Zinedine Zidane (not pictured) and David Trézéguet, right. He would become the top goal scorer for France en route to his country's first World Cup finals victory.
