Tomorrow's News Now: Welfare Reform Edition

The first test of the new welfare-to-work law comes tomorrow, and many states are not prepared: According to an Associated Press survey, at least 16 states will not be able to show that they have moved 75 percent of two-parent welfare families into jobs or job-training. And those that have fulfilled that requirement often have little idea whether the people whove come off the welfare rolls are getting other jobs.
