Leapin' Lizards! It's Unemployment, Sandy!

NEW YORK: The producers of "Annie" are getting a little too much into character. More tiny heads rolled as Christiana Anbri, 6, Melissa O'Malley, 8, and even Zappa, the dog who plays Sandy, were orphaned for artistic reasons. But take heart, girls: it turns out 12-year-old Joanna Pacitti, who recently made a tearful and well-publicized departure from the show, is once again hitting the boards as the redhead with moxy, this time in Raleigh, N.C. Perhaps she can find some room in the orphanage for a few old friends.
