DALLAS: Maybe the Reform Party already needs a little reform itself. Monday, the two names certified as the official contenders for the Party's presidential nomination, were Party founder Ross Perot and former Colorado Governor Richard Lamm. Party members named the two after surveys mailed to them were returned.
