Former CIA Chief Missing

LA PLATA, Maryland: Former CIA director William Colby was reported missing Monday after a canoe he had been using was found capsized near his vacation home. Colby took out his canoe on Saturday, after talking to his wife on the phone and telling her he wasn't feeling well. His neighbors alerted the police Sunday night when they realized Colby hadn't yet left for his Washington home. Charles County Sheriff Fred Davis said that the case was being investigated as a boating accident, but has not yet ruled out foul play. Colby started out his career in the OSS -->
